We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hendoliving@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

If you can prove the defect was not based in shipping issues, we will work with you to arrange return of the product.

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If for any reason, HENDO is unable to accomodate your order within the first 5 business days of reciept of payment, HENDO will refund the price and shipping within 14 business days.
